We are located on Klong Nin Beach, Koh Lanta, Krabi, Thailand. Our resort is set between the hillside and beachfront, surrounded by nature.
All rooms are located on the hillside, across from the beach. A safe underground tunnel connects the rooms to the beachfront area, where you’ll find our restaurant, bar, and swimming pools.

● Check-out: By 11:00 AM
Late check-out may result in additional charges.
Yes, we provide transfers from Saladan Pier, Krabi Airport, Trang Airport, and Phuket Airport.

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and public areas.
Breakfast is not included in all rates.
You can add breakfast during booking or upon check-in.
● High Season: 350 THB per person

Yes, extra beds are available in Earth Suites, Cloud Suites, and Star Path.
One extra bed per room only. Charges vary by season.

● Children under 3 stay free (including breakfast) when sharing the bed with parents.
● Children aged 4–7 get 50% off breakfast.
● Extra beds apply for children aged 8 and above.

Yes, daily rentals are available through our Happy Center or tour counter. Advance booking is recommended.
Please note that our hillside accommodations require walking and may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations. Contact us for more details before booking.
SriLanta Resort and Spa - Cancellation and Payment Policies
Low Season (1st May - 31st Oct)
• Cancellation/Modification: Free up to 7 days before arrival.
• Late Cancellation/No-Show: 100% of the total amount will be charged.
• Payment: Charged 7 days before arrival.
High Season (1st Nov - 21th Dec & 1st Mar- 30th Apr)
• Cancellation/Modification: Free up to 14 days before arrival.
• Late Cancellation/No-Show: 100% of the total amount will be charged.
• Payment: Charged 14 days before arrival.
Peak Season (22st Dec - 28th Feb)
• Cancellation/Modification: Free up to 30 days before arrival.
• Late Cancellation/No-Show: 100% of the total amount will be charged.
• Payment: Charged 30 days before arrival.
Non-Refundable Bookings
• Full payment charged at booking; non-refundable for cancellations, no-shows, or early check-outs.
• One modification is allowed, subject to availability.
